I like the thought of people sitting in the grass, breathing the fresh air, climbing trees just to see the sunset, resting peacefully on a bench, holding their loved one’s hand and squeezing it tightly. A little smile in the corner of their mouth. Feeling peace with their heart and thoughts. Dancing in the rain and watching the snow falling. Taking pictures of a life, that has been lived. Traveling the world, as if time meant nothing to them. Thinking of memories, that will last forever. Beyond infinity.
But now people stayed at home. Instead, they made art, did writing, did sports, cooked something new, found their passion, learned how to be happy by just being by themselves, supported and cared for other people more than ever. Some called their grandparents just to check in with them, which some of them never did before. Because they never had the thought of losing them. Some listened to music and floated away in an ocean of freedom. Maybe this is the time we all have been waiting for. Maybe now the people and the earth can finally start to heal.
